3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Customers will always see the final total before completing payment. Birkclogs does not apply hidden fees or unexpected charges at checkout.

Shipping promotions, discounts, and temporary offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

• Middle East
• Israel

Estimated delivery times:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days
• Middle East & Israel: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays outside our control.

Free shipping promotions may apply depending on destination and active offers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.

Returns are completely free and no restocking fees are ever charged.

Returned products must:

• Be in original condition
• Not show excessive wear
• Be returned with original packaging or equivalent protection

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
