01How you can pay

Effective June 17, 2026

Checkout is handled through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
• PayPal, where shown at checkout.

Available methods are displayed on the payment step of checkout. If a method you expect is missing, contact us at support@birkclogs.com.

02No hidden fees, ever

03Currency, authorization, and billing

• Currency: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Authorization: your bank may place a temporary hold when you order; the actual charge is taken when your order is confirmed.
• Billing name: charges appear as “Birkclogs.” If you see something you do not recognize, call us first at +1 (346) 672-6975 before disputing it.
• Sales tax: calculated by shipping destination and applicable U.S. state and local law, shown before you confirm.

04Security and fraud

All payment data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and processed by certified providers. To protect every customer, orders may occasionally be reviewed for fraud; if we need to verify a detail we will contact you using the information on your order. Suspected fraudulent orders may be cancelled and refunded in full.
